Sarah has tackled consumer fulfillment topics like last mile delivery, illegal imports of bio-materials, digital seafood tracking, IoT in retail, in-store fulfillment and more. Her extensive experience has landed her guest contributions in trade magazine and publications including Forbes. Sarah is a tour de force in her field. She began her career in last mile delivery, mobilizing enterprise systems through distributed database mobile applications. Shifting her focus to quality management and food fraud with the development of Barcode of Life and SpotChecker applications, Sarah got deeply vested in the global retail operations of household banners like Nestle, Walmart, and Maple Leaf Foods.

Further deepening her retail expertise, Sarah has worked with companies like UnderArmour and Intel to explore the role of IoT in inventory management, and the Kleiner Perkins-backed Tulip Retail to develop in-store fulfillment and retail task management applications. Her latest adventure at the independent supply chain provider Tecsys Inc. married her retail experience with supply chain, overseeing the company’s distributed order management (DOM) software as a service platform, responsible for efficiently processing global enterprise retail orders for companies like Sephora, Ubisoft, and Columbia Sportswear.
